When is the full roster of champions going to show up in bot games?

Currently there is a very limited pool of champions the bot's use, it would be nice to finally get the full roster used against us, so when can we expect to see more champions added for the bots to use?

When will we see bots with a jungler? (Is it even possible to ever get a bot jungler?)

When will we see a higher difficulty?

When can we add better runes and masteries to the bots in custom games?

Riot you give a lot of love to making champions but the rest of the game is still not in a great state, bot games need some attention.
