Create a mastery for ignoring minion unit colision.

Some people really hate minion unit collision, so would it be a good idea to create a mastery option that would allow champions to ignore unit collision?

Don't know where you would put it, but seeing as you're hoping to expand into 5 trees you can probably find a good place for it Riot.
