Mixed opinion , nerf rakkan somehow.

Im mostly a jg and top main , i really dont usually mind supports too much , but rakkan is dumb. He shouldnt just press R , dash into 5 people . and knock them up with no counter play. Because shield doesnt go to everyone , and its almost instant , he can do it from fog of war , or just flash into you. Requires some thought AT MOST , and lets not forget you cant focus him because he has another dash. Really , REALLY dumb champ , I dont care about the fact that xayah has an ult that makes doesnt let you target her , lets her re position , and takes no damage on an adc , or the root. ( yes im aware she needs crit in order to be viable adc in 2018 ok). But , is complete BS. Anyone and i do mean ANYONE can just press R and w to a whole team , and just have the 4 apes on my team go at it. I know , because ive played this champ almost blackout drunk , ive played him high off my mind , and even once while explaining how to divide fractions to my 11 year old cousin. This champ is so easy to abuse , and it tilts me how effective he is.
