What is this riot match making????

Ok 'its just norms' is not an excuse. The enemy team has 5 competent high silver/ mid gold players. my self and 3 others have a brain. And then there is this person , I really dont like bashing people because theyre bad , trust me, ive been there... But this adc i had , didnt know how to play the game. I checked hes bronze 3... Why is there a bronze 3 on my team , im gold 3 bro (on the account i was playing). Dont go lower than silver.... and i dont even want to mention this person i had who already had the prestigious iron. The poor lad couldnt kite , went 0-9 , finally got 2 kills but died 15 times. It was a 4v5 , and 2 people kept voting no to ff. She wasnt having fun , and getting one shot by an elise and fed trist definetely wasnt fun. Make it balanced somehow , please. This keeps happening , norms shouldnt be take super seriously but , when your bot has a combination of 17 deaths in 20 mins , not amount of optimism will help you have fun in that situation. The only good experience from that game was watching the godly kennen on my team try to 1v9.
