Rebuff Talon!

I've been playing league of legends for around two years and for pretty much the entire time, my favourite champion has been talon. Talon seems to always get the short end of the stick when it comes to popularity. And just as he was becoming more popular... He gets NERFED. The silence removal from talon has made him essentially a sitting duck. Without it, his burst can be interrupted, he can't interrupt the burst of other champions and he essentially must be fed to be effective. Basically if talon can't have his silence back, then the cool-down on his e needs to be extremely reduced, he needs to be able to blink to allies with it or it needs to do damage. A slow is not effective enough as cc, now with the lack of silence, his kit seems incomplete and like his is missing an ability. Please consider what I have said and leave your thoughts.

His win rate is still fine.

Low sample size leads to low reliability People have got to stop using win rate as an argument

I think the nerf was justified but the compensation was lacking Honestly, channel interruption and the ability to jump to allies and wards would be a fantastic thing for Talon

That word does not mean what you seem to think it means

the word you are looking for is just buff, or re-buff if you want to refer to buffing him back to where he used to be, or revert if you want him to get his silence back, but not rebuff

"rebuff

verb 1. reject (someone or something) in an abrupt or ungracious manner. "I asked her to be my wife, and was rebuffed in no uncertain terms" synonyms: reject, turn down, spurn, refuse, decline, repudiate, disdain; More antonyms: accept, welcome

noun noun: rebuff; plural noun: rebuffs 1. an abrupt or ungracious rejection of an offer, request, or friendly gesture."

i would love him to be buffed so his E would have no mana cost while he can jump to allies(not wards)

He needs a rework, not just a simple buff.

Rebuff Leblanc too

How about a champion kill lowers his cool downs? Simply lowering his cool downs "drastically" will move him to the OP category and once again placed on the nerf waiting list

Overall after playing talon his e seems to be pretty bad compared to the old e. The silence it provides doesn't last long enough to be noticed and is over shadowed by the slow his w provides. Plus it makes his fighting capabilities go far down without the silence and burst rating go down.

Most of the champions that Talon countered are now countering him.

Kat used to tremble at the sight of Talon because when she would use her ult, he could jump her and take her down.

Now she can ult him and all he can do is cry.

I think Talon's ult cooldown should be rebuff, because that is what brings out Talon the most. Talon's ult has been one of the most interesting ult in the mid lane, I understand why the silence need to be nerfed, but I really don't know why his ult cooldown needs to be longer, Talon is very weak at early game and have no escape (other then flash) if he got gank when he went all in.
