How to jungle in since the update and me ranting on how unbalanced Udyr and Warwick are now

I used to be a pretty good jungler. Since this update i haven't been able to jungle that well. I start on the frog everytime now and then hit the blue buff then i hit another small camp then i go to my red. I really feel the difference in sustain junglers and others. I honestly think Udyr and Warwick need nerfs now because they are so unbalanced in the jungle now.
