Always jungler. then the other roles are even with each other.

Jungle is your best ability to have high impact and to carry due to counter jungling, ganking, etc. A good mid/top who roams can help but your jungle will have the most impact on the game.

if we're talking bronze and silver it probably works like this

top==mid > jungle> adc> support

i've seen some extreme mario party shit where the top or mid laner just somehow stomp so hard that they can 1v2, junglers here also frequently have low impact and are just riding the coat tails of the laner completely stomping into oblivion.

At lower elo it might be more like Jungle>Mid>Top>Support/ADC
