Does the passive after being unseen for at least 1 second proc off of abilities such as Graves blind, Quinn blind, or Nocturne blind?

Don't think so, no. Only procs off of literally being unseen.

Though I'm not entirely sure, I'm 99.9% sure :c

For technicality's sake, you have to leave the enemy's minimap for the passive. Whether you use Fog of War, bush, or stealth, you get the proc.

Ignore the comments below. Duskblade does proc off of Nearsight; at least I know it does for Quinn because it's been tested:
