Proposed Ekko Changes regarding his Passive

The whole point of Ekko's passive "cooldown" being nerfed from 3 to 5 seconds was so Ekko couldn't "consistently apply CC". Now that the slow is removed, can we have the cooldown be 3?

I think this change would be mostly for jungle Ekko since his passive has a high cd when doing early clears

Won't happen. They're just straight up nerfing Ekko so no one plays him

Exactly. After ekko uses his e, and his q then procs his passive with the q's return or another basic attack, he is pretty much just staring at you for another 5 seconds. He's an ap champion so his ad is not very good, so basic attacks don't hurt much. I agree it should be changed back to 3 seconds. To also help his jungle clear as kiting is made even less possible with slow removed.

i think it's fine, you should never just stand there and keep hitting waiting for that passive again, i go in for a trade and keep doing so until they're at 30% health or so and all in, the passive should change too much unless you're bad and are playing tank

i agree, nerf that fool more.

Considering it has an 80% AP ratio and gives 80% movement speed at later levels, even 5 seconds is quite short.

the whole point of Nidalee traps removal of %hp was so she couldn't kill instantly kill a her first camp by just putting down a bunch traps under it. traps already had a cap of 200 vs monsters.. they could have lowered it.. to say 50?

sometimes riot just makes no sense...

He'll probably still be a tank because of his passive on his W. The hp% damage.
