Ivern + mordekaiser

What with ivern being able to jungle without smite it seems like (slowly but still) putting him botlane with mordekaiser seems like a really good thing.

He solves the lack of gapclose and chase issue morde has with his root, bushes and bubble, and gives morde a diving buddy with daisy.

Personally I think that these two bot lane is gonna be sickeningly funny to disgustingly broken depending on how well they do, or just having ivern on any juggernaut's team for example but the thought that REALLY stuck out with me was bot lane. Dunno why but it did.

EDIT: on an unrelated note could someone tell me what happens if you smite an enemy ivern's grove? according to the reveal site smiting a camp being groved will instantly clear it for ivern. The thing doesn't say if the grove has to be mature or not so I'm real confused as to how it works, please tell me!

EDIT2: guys question, since ivern can't hurt jungle camps and their hp bars are blue like allies, does that mean that they can't target him if you invade him and try to fight him?
