I feel like this happens all the time that people forget to ping mia causing whicher lane they go to killed. I cant wait till i climb out of elo hell

If I got a dollar every time I pinged MIA and no one paid attention to it; then proceeded to flame me for not pinging MIA, I'd have so much money I could give someone a small loan of a million dollars.

Same. I've actually had a diana afk in base and flame all game after dying in bot because she didn't see the MIA and ignored DANGER pings when I pinged that the enemy mid was on their way bot LOL. She kept saying I didn't ping when literally everyone else saw it and told her that I pinged it. :^)
