Im logged into pbe but the play button on both tft and in top left corner are greyed out

This whole situation with PBE has made me so angry... I’ve waited 4 hours two times to try and log in. I’ve successfully logged in twice (after a further 3-4 hours) on the first login the play button was greyed out... the second login; GREAT I’m in!!!! I queue up a game and my game crashes. Riot Pls.
