Nautilis Dredge line Hitbox is BS

Lately I've been seeing a lot of Nautilis hook landing, when they shouldn't. Be it skimming past a minion to hit a champion, or landing on max range, when it doesn't even look like it touched. How does Nidalee's spear get a T shaped hitbox, and Nautilis' Q doesn't? Please make the hitbox neater.

It is still better than the hook side of Thresh's hook.

Both could use some cleaning up on hitboxes and visual size of respective tools.
