Love for Aatrox?

Even though it 5.11 you gave Aatrox a buff by reducing his passive's cooldown at late game, it isn't enough. Is there any SOLID plans to help address this "god" of war (honestly doesn't deserve this title anymore... he can't even fight a little girl 1v1 at his current state.) "Help me."
