Explain to me why everytime Rengar gets a buff he always gets nerfed? Yet riot allows champs like talon, Zed, khazix, fizz, Kat, Shaco, Evelynn, Le Blanc, Ekko to run amok while my favorite is constantly torn to pieces by nerfs. A good start would be to change his bone tooth necklace to just being apart of the kill and not a 1.5 participation. It is extremely cancerous to try and get those stacks especially in a meta that supports so many tanks and shield champs.

He's getting his old Q back, and his ult will be similar to old ult (the indicator radius will be somewhat bigger than it used to be, but it will be smaller than it currently is) he'll also gain vision of the entire enemy team again. However, ferocity won't be reverted, and the crit on ult is being removed and being replaced with something else (they haven't cofirmed what that will be yet).

however i must disagree about one thing... shaco has been destroyed too last seasson by rito due to the constant nerfs after his minirework... now he is somewhat usable cuz the new runes and some busted items synergy with his kit but there are more reliable assasins to do his job...
his identity has gone... he was once a crazy early game champ who fall of late game but rito made him a mid and late game champ... his build diversity lost... etc... etc
