Explain to me why everytime Rengar gets a buff he always gets nerfed? Yet riot allows champs like talon, Zed, khazix, fizz, Kat, Shaco, Evelynn, Le Blanc, Ekko to run amok while my favorite is constantly torn to pieces by nerfs. A good start would be to change his bone tooth necklace to just being apart of the kill and not a 1.5 participation. It is extremely cancerous to try and get those stacks especially in a meta that supports so many tanks and shield champs.
Shaco is in a terrible spot. Ekko got an indirect nerf with season 8 runes. I understand the others but i not these two
Rengar is being reverted in 8.3 so i'd hold off on any changes until after that, we don't know how weak or strong he'll be
i know ur pain my dude... rengo suffered so much in last seasson and yep... the ardent meta was soo cancerous...
however i must disagree about one thing... shaco has been destroyed too last seasson by rito due to the constant nerfs after his minirework... now he is somewhat usable cuz the new runes and some busted items synergy with his kit but there are more reliable assasins to do his job...
his identity has gone... he was once a crazy early game champ who fall of late game but rito made him a mid and late game champ... his build diversity lost... etc... etc
