Calling for reports and insisting on an early forfeit are the worst possible responses to being trolled. If your account of the game is correct and you were actually the victim of a troll, that sort of response is literally the hope for the troll to provoke. So, your punishment aside, you fed the troll and actively rewarded them for their behavior. Poorly done.
Beyond that, yeah, your 14-day ban was your final warning. Getting into the shit with your teammates after that happens is gonna get you a perma. The appropriate response is to mute, report, and move on.

Did you know that if a person gets reported by 9 people it's no different than if they got reported by 1 person? Calling for reports just makes you look whiny and generally it's the actually toxic person that calls for reports in my experience. tl;dr mute, report and move on, calling for reports from others does nothing.
