Master Tier Ruining LP Gains + Losses?

Hey all, I'm currently in Diamond V and ever since Master Tier I feel like ranked has become increasingly unfun to play. Before Master Tier was created, I was gaining about 20-25 lp per win, and losing about 13-18 per loss. I easily got to Diamond IV, but then Master Tier was created. Ever since, my gains have shrunk to about 13-15 lp for winning, but I lose 25+ consistently. Why is this happening? Is it because LP clamping or whatever is gone? It's really sad that I'm back at Diamond V 0 lp because my lp amounts for winning and losing got completely turned around because of Master Tier. Even if I were to break even for W/L, or even win two for every one I lose, I'll still stay at 0 lp. Is this a permanent change, or will the lp gains/losses go back to the way they were?
