Shyvana should be able to cast her E on top of herself in dragon form.

After her recent buffs, I've been playing a bit of AP Shyvana. It's pretty decent, nothing crazy but I've always been a fan of off-meta (read: dumb) builds. One issue that's come up in multiple games is that there is a minimum range to her E in dragon form. It always shoots slightly in front of her model. This doesn't seem that big of a deal, but it leads to missing most Es that you cast after ulting somebody. It seems really un-synergistic to be punished for using your ult to go for a kill, only to not be able to follow up right away. I wasn't sure where to bring up this discussion but I was hoping maybe somehow a Rioter would stumble on this and maybe AP Shyv would get a quality of life buff.
