Twitch vs Sivir

So I'm trying to get back into ADC but i cant figure out who is an overall better ADC, can i get some personal opinions on who is better and why?

Sivir is probably actually the better ADC. Thing is though, Twitch is quite uncommon. He has a stealth mechanic.

Unless you're plat+, Twitch will have a surprise factor on more of your opponents and you'll probably win more games with him than you would with Sivir. Sivir is relatively straightforward, everyone knows she's short ranged with good waveclear and a MS boosting ult for engage. Most low elo opponents wouldn't be able to tell you what Twitch's attack range is, how long it takes for him to Stealth in or out of combat, how long his stealth lasts, or precisely what his ultimate does. They only really know he has a poison.

Twitch doesn't have poison. He has true damage dots. Very different.

Which counts as poison for the purposes of the only effect where the distinction matters (Cass' E).

Sivir is easier. and the spell shield is good against blitzcranks.. that's all I ever face it seems...

sivir is a better team player, and has more burst/poke/engage.

twitch has all around superior damage output in build and steroids, and a finisher (which cant miss).

overall pick sivir, much more reliable, team friendly, and useful. ((((spell shield OP))))

Twitch is probably better if both are played well. That being said, it's far easier to play Sivir well. All you have to do is E everything (blitz and thresh are supp every game and you E their Q) and hit R when you gotta go fast. Good Twitchs are scary, though lol.

just play ADC Urgot you'll be much happier that way
