Can we limit dynamic queue at least?

If you aren't bringing back solo queue, the least you guys can do is compromise.

There is apparently a return of 5v5s Not many people (If any at all) like being a solo player with a 4 man premade

Based on those two points why not limit dynamic queue groups to up to three people?

If you solo, you should be matched up with solo players against teams made of solo players.

If you duo, you should be matched with a trio against another duo and trio.

If you trio, you should be matched with a duo against another duo and trio.

Even if it takes longer to get into games (Wait Time), I feel like this would make both groups slightly happier. Y'know because league's popularity isn't based on the quality of your wait time, its about the quality of the actual game right?

Rito don't want their precious premades to experience long queue time, but they are perfectly fine for solo players who aren't support to wait 5~10 minutes for a 20 minute ff game.

Or you know, restrict it entirely to soloQ so I don't get shitloads losing the game for me.

Restricting duos to playing only with trios is going to increase their queue time dramatically.

I totally want SQ too, but I think it's gonna take solo players opting in to DQ some of the time.

Dynamic queue should be a replacement for Ranked 5s and Solo Queue needs to be brought back. That way, Ranked 5s will have less of a problem finding other groups to play against and it will place players who are of a similar standing on a team together. Of course this will mean that Dynamic Queue will become the new Ranked 5s and there are people who will complain that being matched against a 5 man premade is unfair. However, welcome to the world of solo players under Dynamic Queue. Enjoy your stay.

But they are still on the same ladder. So how do you really decide someones skill in that case? Ranked integrity is still not fixed with this system.

Honestly I wouldn't have a problem with 3 man premades, that's the most I ever play with anyway. Usually I just duo Q. Its a good compensation. Its currently being done in Diamond, I guess we will just have to wait for Riot to see Diamond players feedback.

You pretty much just said remove the 4 man premades, right? The ONLY THING that dynamic queue brings is the ability to bring a 4 man premade to ranked.

Seeing both of those facts, no, riot will unfortunately not be removing dynamic queue

But you don't have to queue as 1-4, it's completely possible to just queue as a 5 man-premade in Dynamic Queue, isn't it? 5v5 ranked isn't really that necessary.

They wont do this becuase that would make 3-5 mans wait 30m and they want them to not wait more then 5m So the system tried to find matchs but if it fails too mnay times it just takes what it can get.

Eh... it's pretty disappointing to see people so... disappointed by the increased difficulty of games due to Dynamic queue. Some go as far as to say rankings don't matter anymore, but this is still a team game. Boosting someone will only go so far and if that person stops grouping in a large group to get boosted, they will drop back down.

The return of 5s has nothing to do with dynamic queue. 5s is unique in that you get a team name and you really wouldn't just queue with anyone. There are try outs, applications, etcs. for the more serious teams. You can't really use the return of 5s as a basis for your suggestion.

I see your point, but I wouldn't want to wait longer for a game. The games themselves are already long enough as it is. Not everyone has a lot of time to get league games in and those who don't have as much time really appreciate the shorter queue times.
