Hey guys, I like playing Tf a lot, but I heard Sheen was getting the ap removed. I personally don't have any way of confirming or denying it, but assuming it's true what should I build Tf and any other on-hit mages with? Is Sheen by itself good enough to be used anyway or is something better lying in a place I haven't even checked yet? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Now you just get more cdr for your ult when you buy it which doesnt sound all that bad to me.
