can i still play Kog? or do i give up on him :'(?

Hi! I've heard from friends that kog is getting nerfed am I upset? A little but I home you make him playable so I dont die every time I play as him. Yes hes bs with rage blade I agree but his as and ad is what defends him against champs tbh. Plz dont hate I just want a valid answer! 😵 (shorting it) by the patch can I play kog and still win and go positive.?
