Whats easy way to get the role i want in a quick match solo que?

i prime kin adc and jg but i want to adc work on my adc skills because i am bad in the jg.so if i want adc i want adc not somone who selects it before me :(

for** example** i call adc the second somone calls it so im left with jg mid top i wanted to adc that round so i left them and got a ban
