Riot: What is "feeding"?

Riot, at what point is "feeding" actually punishable? Just played a game where a top laner went 0/8/0 at a game that ff'd at ~16 minutes. I'm not asking to try to find out how to troll. I'm asking because your shit system doesn't seem to punish actual intentional feeding. Get your shit together, please. You're in season 8 and haven't even addressed this issue.

0/8/0 when your jungler went 0/7/0 and mid went 0/4/0 isn't inting. That is just called your entire team getting destroyed with absolutely nothing any of you could do. The enemy team was just better. Get over it and stop blaming someone who had a bad game.

Feeding is constantly dying to champions over and over again due to factors such as no map awareness, lack of mechanical skill, initiating fights that cannot be won...

Its simple.

FEEDING is dying a lot.

But.....

When it comes to whats punishable you have separate just dying a lot from INTENTIONAL feeding.

Just dying alot is not punishable.

Intentional feeding is punishable.

People in lower elo are so quick to all chat in the chat to report someone just because they have a lot of deaths. If you watch higher elo streamers you do not see this happen unless the person is intentionally feeding. because they understand the difference.

if your top laner is 0/8/0 if you report him for feeding it most likely will get ignored UNLESS he either typed in the chat that he is inting or you can clearly see in the game that he is inting ...IE just running up to the enemy and standing there letting them kill him.

A lot of people get away with what they call soft inting. Which is basically inting but you make it look like you are trying and just playing badly. But people only do this when they either got in a argument with someone in champ select or during the game. if someone is doing this there is really nothing that can be done about it because you can not prove that they are not just playing badly and actually inting.

Also when looking at the game you are referring too......that game was a complete stop by the enemy team....every lane got their but kicked it looks like....you just happened to have the least deaths.

It does not matter. The only what is punished is INTENTIONAL feeding. And this is self-explaining.

Get your shit together, please. You're in season 8 and haven't even addressed this issue.

You are in season 8. You should know this. Get your mind together. No way you have no idea about this game.

It's just hard to detect. Ihad a friend (one or two years ago) who was extremely bad at the game (no joke, she could go 0/25 during a game, she was level 30 but had no idea how to play, she just spammed bot games and always got "carried" even there, and when she tried pvp it was a disaster, and yes I do believe she bought her account but it's another story).

You can't punish someone for being bad, and can't notice if someone is feeding on purpose, but yes it's a big issue
