Prove to me Ezreal isn't one of the hardest champions to be effective.

Seriously, what am I doing wrong? I find him extremely hard to play at a good level to be **effective **, he's easy to play sure but to actually carry games, unlike other ADC's, staying at the back is useless, I have to go in almost like an assassin to put damage and I need the mechanics of some god. I always get mixed feelings when I play this champion, not only do I have to consistently land skill shots, but if I want to be effective I have to be straight up ruthlessly aggressive with him, which can pull off insane plays BUT his mechanics are so hard when being aggressive.

Everyone says Ezreal is so easy to play and I want to be good with him, I have seen some skill clips that he can pull off (players like Deft are so good with him) yet I find Vayne so much easier to be effective with, and she's suppose to be HARDER. I've carried so many games as Vayne, I have pretty decent knowledge of her mechanics and how to use them, and I'll say my mechanics are just above average yet ezreal makes me look like I'm braindead in lane, especially in teamfights. He feels and plays so much different than other ADC's.

So someone prove to me Ezreal isn't hard (or do you think he is? and why?), because everyone is constantly always saying to me he is so easy.

3 second skillshot that halves it's cooldown on any enemy unit hit while also reducing his escape/engage cooldown with extremenly low mana costs high base dmg AND scaling applying on hit and a global ulti that nukes the first target hit. Dunno bro the only hard adc in the game is probably Jhin and Draven.

I'm not exactly an expert on this but here's my thoughts: Ezreal needs to poke before fights meaning that you need your team to be on board with that strategy since in a straight up fight you'll get outdamaged heavily by any meta adc abusing crit or on-hit itemization.

Ezreal is considered to be one of the hardest, if not the hardest, ADC to play due to his lack of DPS, entirely skill-oriented kit, and how easily he can be punished for mistakes in positioning. You need to play him in a poke/kite heavy playstyle. Learn to lead your Q shots, learn accuracy with your ultimate, and start paying attention to your positioning before and during team fights.
