If Someone Leaves A Game...

Please read all and take what I have said in consideration and if you have a response, be rational about it. If someone leaves a game, specifically on your team, after 5 minutes or so we should have the option to leave as well. Why?

ok, SURE 4v5 games CAN be winnable! you're completely right!!, there has been times I have won because of amazing comebacks! but they are very rare from someone leaving my team and here is why:

They're times when it's just so god damn obvious we're going to lose even if it is somewhat winnable, ESPECIALLY when people argue and complain like "oh gg guys someone left", if your team are already complaining and not getting along in the first place, or even made it worse because SOMEONE LEFT, what hopes do you have of winning if you can't even keep your mouth shut for the only 45 minutes we have of seeing eachother!? not only does this affect you consciously, but you will no longer want to play! you just want the game to end. A lot of people think like this, they're too lazy to "believe in themselves" and hope they can come back. Everyone just starts half-assing it and they all go around pointlessly clicking just for it to reach 20 minutes so they can call a vote to surrender, and if that doesn't work then they just have to wait FOREVER until the enemy team decide they want to take nexus.

I also would like to point out, I am baffled why people are so optimistic they think they can come back from EVERYTHING, but my time cannot be taken back, and I don't know about you but I would MUCH rather leave and find a new game then wait 30 minutes "hoping to win". Even If this was ranked, take my elo. Take double my elo. I don't care. I just want to leave the damn game that's not actually a game any more because it's not interesting or fun but just mindless clicking waiting for it to end without the risk of my account being banned because I'm a "leaver".

WHY should I be punished and have to wait until the game ends just because some Ezreal douche bag didn't like his ADC so he left the game? I SHOULD be able to leave the game freely without any consequences after 5 minutes or some time period has expired!
