Surrender vote unfair

So i just played a game where i was a fed jax splitting on an inhib while the other team was tryng to push our but bheing held off. But then i see the surrender vote pop and see 4 ppl say yes. Like this is bs surrender vote should be all 5 why should i lose lp because scrubs wanna cry at 0 and 4 ekko, tht game was winnable
