My ideas for lucian changes !

Greetings, i had some ideas for ways to change (both nerf and buff) A big part of lucian's early dominance comes from the synergy between his low cooldown, high damage Q and his passive. His W is not useful early on as it has been nerfed and doesn't have an AD ratio anymore. Lucian's E is also used to get free bonus damage when trading so now his passive will no longer proc when using it. The other change to his E and nerf to his R i think we're quite good in previous patches but i had a new idea for his ult. Enjoy.

Piercing Light: COOLDOWN: ~~9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 ~~ --->11/10/9/8/7.

Lightslinger: After using an ability, Lucian's next autoattack within 6 seconds will strike twice. --> After using Piercing Light, Ardent Blaze or The Culling, Lucian's next autoattack within 6 seconds will strike twice. NEW: Cooldown 15/10/5.

The Culling: NEW: Will now fire 2 bonus shots in the beginning of the channel if lightslinger is active.

Ardent Blaze: NEW: Bonus AD ratio 0.4. COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10--->14/13/11/10/9
