Honor, Report, and Crash. After Game Honors and Reports

If I want to Honor someone or Report someone after a game I have to do it right after the game. If my client crashes in that screen I can not since it clears my recent play history and there is no option to Report or Honor after you leave the statistics screen. Can we make a way to Report and Honor after the game if the client crashes. It is nothing major but people should get the Honors or Reports that they would get from those who crash every other match like I do.

Also why does the client crash randomly when I hit the store button, or hit the honor or report button, or it just closes for no reason and doesn't even says it crashes?I really want to know.
