Disenchant Augment Cache?

When I look at the post about the Augment Caches they said we would be able to disenchant them by the 16th. Was that changed or is it just not happening anymore. Cause I don't want this stuff if i'm either A: never gona be able to use it again or B: Never want to use it (Most Likely)?

I got all the free stuff and don't want to spend money on this since I only wanted the Project Ekko stuff.
