I think it would be good if tibbers got daisy's treatment

I wouldn't mind if they tuned down the R Summon damage to give it a bit to tibbers.

Let's take a look at Tibbers Stats

HP 1200 / 2100 / 3000 Magic damage 50 / 75 / 100 (+ 15% AP) Attack speed 0.625 Range 150 Armor 30 / 50 / 70 Magic res. 30 / 50 / 70 Mov. speed 350

Tibbers deals 10 / 15 / 20 (+ 10% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies every second.

Tibbers also haves other 2 passives that i wouldn't change.

Lets look at Ivern's daisy

Health 1250 / 2500 / 3750 (+ 50% AP) Attack damage 70 / 100 / 170 (+ 30% AP) Attack speed 0.613 (+ 30 / 50 / 70%) Range 150 Armor 15 / 40 / 90 (+ 5% AP) Magic res. 15 / 40 / 90 (+ 5% AP) Mov. speed 419

This is just a opinion. My suggestion/opinion would be:

Annie Summon: Tibbers (R) Initial magic damage decreased from 150 / 275 / 400 (+ 65% AP) to 140/220/300 (+55% AP)

Tibbers HP changed from 1200/2100/3000 to 1200/2100/3000 (+45%) Attack damage changed from 50/75/100 (+15% AP) to 30/55/75 (+ 30% AP) Attack speed changed from 0,625 to 0,605 (+15% AS Bonus) Armor changed from 30/50/70 to 20/40/60 (+10% AP) Magic Resist changed from 30/50/70 to 20/40/60 (+10% AP)

Tibbers Aura damage changed from 10 / 15 / 20 (+ 10% AP) to 10/15/20 (+12,5% AP)

This way tibbers would scale better in the game. I made the math, and this nerfs tibber early game, but buffs him late game. If you want to check it: https://imgur.com/a/vHVNm

Honestly, I'm not like an Annie one trick or anything but I do enjoy playing her. In my opinion, I don't think Tibbers 'needs' the Daisy-treatment. Like yeah, all this stuff sounds pretty great, but that's assuming that you want Tibbers up that long. Daisy isn't around for damage as she is to be a 6th person on your team that you can use as bait. She holds the turret aggro for you, she tries to cc enemies, she's there to carry your shield a lot further than it is safe for you to stand. Compare that to the role of tibbers, 90% of the time he's used as part of a burst combo. His job is to trigger electrocute, or get enraged at the person who killed you in an attempt for assists after you die, and sometimes even help with objectives if you're that desperate for it. But in general, Tibber's health (or damage) is not what holds him back, if anything does, it's the time it takes for him to become enraged after you die, or the fact that he doesn't target any low health champions at all when enraged. Actually, most of the time I'm frustrated that tibbers sticks around so long after a target is dead because I have enough cdr to summon him again and get another really nice combo, but the initial damage only happens when he's first summoned, unlike daisy who could get any number of knockups before she is either killed or runs out of time.

Annie is kinda a burst mage. She loses a lot of that burst when you make tibbers auto attack based instead of putting that power into his inital burst.
