Give QSS an AP equivalent.

With QSS being used more and more in LCS to counter certain champions, I've been doing some thinking. people that buy QSS to counter champs like Malzahar, Warwick, etc. are often are left with nothing to do with it, especially when playing a champ with full AD scaling. The only item it builds into is AD, yet the item itself is becoming more and more essential. I think that giving QSS an AP item to build into would help make the building of it a healthier mechanic and make it easier to counter long CC's like Malzahar's or Warwick's. I don't exactly know how it would work, I'm not going to try to crunch the numbers as I'd just make a fool of myself. but giving QSS the Tear of the Goddess treatment by giving it both an AP and AD equivalent would be great.
