Toplane tanks are toxic
Tanks should be forced into the jungle. No one wants to farm during all laning phase and wait for an opportunity to tp bot.

The vote you propose and your short text are completely biased and doesn't promote a healthy discussion. Try to change the way you bring up your post. Also, most toplane tanks are below 50% winrate across all regions and elos, so I don't understand why you would even talk about removing them. You should be happy when you face one, it's free elo for you.
Conqueror, Darius, Illaoi, Aatrox, Tahm, Fiora are tankbusters. Plus Rhaast, Vayne, Kai'sa, Master Yi, Kog'Maw, etcetc
Not to mention 
are MORE toxic than tanks.

Tank main here. You said you wanted the opinions of tank players on this one. I play tanks because I have a lot more fun playing the game when I can actually cast my abilities more than once in a fight. This is why Taric is my favorite champion. Taric can often cast his abilities 20+ times during a single fight. I don't understand how anyone has fun "playing" the game when they die in .5 seconds any time a mage or assassin sneezes on them.
This comes from a guy who thinks assassin players are the only skilled players in League. Tanks are awful trash right now and unplayable no matter where.
Why should they be forced into the jungle though? Their ganks would never bebstrong since all damage must come from the laner, so the gank heavy champs like Lee or Shaco way outperform them.
But they cant afk-farm since they have no damage and cant clear fast enough, they have almost no place in the jungle aside from a few specific picks that never go top lane.
Tanks fit best in toplane.

forget that. you can dumpster the tank and flame horizon them (double their CS) and it still won't matter, they'll reach critical item spikes before you cause all their shit is cheaper.
