Exposing mod abuse and lack of free rights of posting in Na boards

My other account ( zemuderer ) got permabanned from Na boards for posting one song and one shitpost. Is this fair? was this punishment made according to the rules? The answer is no, its clearly mod abuse. One of my comments got removed for "hijacking" (it was not real hijacking because I didn't go off topic) despite the inexistence of any rule against it, the cheap excuse of the mod was that it was a low effort comment. Why is shitposting even punishable? 70% of the threads in this forum are shitposts. The" low effort post" is just a tool used by mods to ban anything they don't like and get away with their abuse.

When your "shitpost" involves racism, homophobia, insults, "purging" employees you dislike, a song titled "Death to Israel," and anti-gay political comments by controversial political figures, you will get banned, yes. You were banned for all of the above, rather than for "shitposting."

We can look into the removal history of an account, so the "I'm not going to admit what my removed content actually was" game doesn't fly here.

I can't tell whether or not abuse is going on, while I know first-hand the EUW boards' mods are very sensitive, it seems than NA's are way more lenient. What you speak of, even if it can't be proven, but I assume it to be true sounds like there is a moderator who is a bit sad that he didn't make it in life and takes it on others.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do, bans are never reversed.

your rights of posting arent violated if you broke any of the universal rules. in fact, posting this is STILL in violation because it falls under posting on behalf of a removed account.

Do not use alternate accounts to post rule-breaking content if you have an account serving a Boards suspension. Do not post rule-breaking content on behalf of an individual serving a Boards suspension.
