What are her core items besides TriForce?
Should I take Grasp, fervor or battle or warlord's?
Should I build guinsoo's? It gives you a lot of damage, but 0 defensive stats so i'm not sure about it.

either triforce into a tank item Usually random or visage, you can also get FH, Warmhogs, Thormail, Deadman or guardian angel or guisnao into tank then triforce or if ahead triforce into guisano into tank
