Idea: Hail of blades should reset on kill
no champion in the game other than jhin can use it, its rearely taken, other then on jhin.

BLIGHTBRINGER1 votesTo be honest, I would usually say that this kind of rune doesn't belong in the domination since it's just an Attack Speed Buff (which belongs in the Precision Tree) but if Riot choose to replace it they would give us a Dark Harvest 2.0 or something like that, so yeah I am against that idea.
Assassin's already frustrating as they are.
SlandersPete1 votesI used it on Xin a lot. It really helps early game against other Jg, so you can contest scuttle and gank level 2-5. Later game, it falls off, so best to run precision anyway.
