DH in ARAM is broken

Can we just agree that DH in ARAM needs to be deleted. I see it in every single game with an average of at least 6-7 players having this damn keystone equipped. Poke champions have become way more annoying to play against as if it wasn't cancerous enough. I take the keystone as well since I know everyone else will take it and it just isn't fun especially if you get a shitty team comp. I want to see this Keystone deleted or reworked so it only resets on kill, that way 5 members can't get multiple procs in one team fight especially if they are not an assassin.
