Changes need to be made to hextech crafting.
As it is everyone seems to agree key fragments are too hard to get. One of the problems with the system is that it seems like they want us to buy keys, but there's also a bundle package that lets you buy a chest and a key, so why buy just a key? If you buy just keys, you end up being pretty inefficient with money, but if you buy the bundle you end up with too many chests.
One idea I have to change how it works is to make it so chests are no longer buyable but they are much more common. Instead of getting just a chest for when you get an S on champion for first time that season, you get both a chest and key. Chests will also be randomly dropped and key fragments will stay as rare or rarer. This makes it so you can actually buy keys without it being as much of a waste of rp since there won't be a key+chest bundle anymore. So basically: -Cannot buy chests -Chests are more common and will have a random drop chance -Acquire both key+chest for getting S first time on champ -key fragments are still rare, or maybe rarer than it is now -keys are somewhat more important to buy
