[Gameplay] Xerath ult misfires first shot.

On Xerath's ult it will fire the first shot at your feet if you try to fire it right after ulting. This happens almost every time I ult. How to replicate bug: Ult than immediately try to fire your first shot. The first shot will not go to the targeted area but will instead land at your feet.
