The State of Urgot

guys it has happened Urgot finally reached the point where he isn't even classified as mid or adc anymore

it is actually quite pitiful actually urgot's main role(top which is 44% of his games) only numbers 324(.14% play rate) games yep. now honestly if he was just unpopular i wouldn't be VERY peeved about this, but his win rate isn't even at acceptable levels (~50%) its actually on the lower end at a whopping 43-44% that is the worst win rate in the entire top lane out of champs who can even be called top laners.

Honestly something needs to be done about him.
