Dark seal display is broken
When you buy the dark seal item and hover over it after you get stacks of glory it doesn't tell you the amount of ap it gives you (it will just have (0)) but this appears to be strictly visual.

my last couple of games it was just visual, either way its somthing riot needs to fix.
i just wrote one on this and i wasn't actually sure if it was "just visual"
it isnt just visual had a game and my AP wouldn't go up when it should.
i just played a game against a streaking veigar. his dark seal was apparently giving him over 200 bonus ap from the stacks. and although it is veigar and hard to tell how much ap he should have, i did a rough caluclation based on his stats and items and there was about 200 ap unaccounted for.
unfortunatelly my printscreen didnt work for some reason http://matchhistory.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/OC1/111518372/201654223?tab=builds&participant=8 there is my game, i can assure you he had 1250 ap before he bought his zhonyas (he also had about somewhere around 15/3/11)
No, it's broken. Just tested the build on my Veigar in a custom/bot game. Killed enemy Kayle and no Glory/stacks.
Played a custom match as 
and went 10/0 with 
in my inventory only and my AP never changed throughout that time.
