Start of game movespeed buff issue (homeguard)

So this has annoyed me for the longest of times, as everyone knows everyone gets a movespeed buff at the start of the game correct? great, now my question is WHY, do we lose it after like 1 min? if someone is tabbed out at the start of the game or still in fountain for WHATEVER REASON, why do we lose the movespeed buff? if anything its more needed than any other time before that. It just seems ridiculous that when you wanna actually rush to whatever lane /camp you're going you lose a movespeed buff. also why does my trinket go on cooldown cus i accidentally clicked sweeper and then undid it at the start of the game?

To be honest, I am not sure why homeguard goes away but my thought is that it is to prevent people from rushing to a fight that's happening early game? I believe that this was a conscious effort by riot though.

Trinkets go on cooldown to prevent people from abusing them by resetting their timers when they go back to base. It's unfortunate but a decent solution for now.

could've just made em go on cooldown AFTER you leave the spawn, also i mean if it gives at the start theres no reason not to give it til minions spawn/when you first leave, its a bonus you already get as soon as you start the game i dont see the point of it not being there cus you didnt leave fountain quick enough

Tips : dont buy the trinket or sweeper at the begining : it automatically gives you a trinket when you first leave base. Tips 2 : Dont afk the first minut of the game.

it's already a habit to buy the trinket, usually when i dont iforget to even switch them not everyone plays this for the "hurr durr im so good gotta try hard every game" i like seeing videos and sometimes theres like 30 sec before video is over and we just got in game, i can easily watch rest and then i dont see a reason to come back and have to be slower than everyone else
