[Feature Request] Increase Rerolls or Permit Team Vote to Dodge ARAM

[First time in the forums, please excuse me if I'm on the wrong subforum...]

I am an avid ARAM player with I imagine somewhere near 4,000 games played now. The reason I switched over is because people were all too frequently getting toxic in normals. At least a few years ago, ARAM was super chill; it was totally cool if you were first timing a champ and most times people would guide you what's the best build. I don't know if it's because I was matching with lower "elo" years ago or what, but as of late almost every game has a grand ol' jerk in it. If you don't trade them, if you miss a skillshot, if you walk over the relic as it spawns and they want it, etc...

But you can always mute pings and chat (bless). What you can't do anything about is when someone gets a champion they don't like, nobody can/will trade, and you can already tell from champ select they're just planning to feed rather than face 15 min dodge penalty. Once a guy announced he was going to run it down with Tears of the Goddesses in champ select and repeatedly does this nearly every ARAM game, but I never got a notification that he had received any punishment. They just don't. I can't even bother writing reports against these folks because they just reduce the value of my reports.

So that means 4 other people have to decide whether they want to suffer a 20 min game or wait the 15 min penalty for a fun game, because 1 dude refuses to dodge. Can we try to mitigate this? Can we have more rerolls or allow the team to vote to disband the party if someone declares they're going to feed?! The dodge feature may be abused, but there's nothing of value at risk here. The key is the team votes to dodge before seeing the enemy team comp - if someone still feeds in game, oh well.

I'd just like to almost never have another game where a guy feeds and then says they don't care anymore and "go next," because of the champion they got.
