RIP Mordekaiser

RIOT showed they can completely kill a champ and think it's actually productive. This guy is dead after continually being nerfed for years, now all his animations are gone, no longer does any damage and weaker than ever. How to demonstrate a company has become an overflowing bunch of headless chickens. I got a real time survey a few weeks ago "Do you think Mordekaiser is balanced? with a simple # scale, with no way to say if his balance or imbalance supports or ruins the champ. Talk about a useless survey.

Here's an idea, don't completely gut champions because the millions of degenerates who play your free game will complain about anything and do, and why not try reworking your banning rules/game recording/tribunal for ranked/normals instead of having the same lazy system for both, and actually show that griefing and leaving are the major destructive parts of your game that result in cooldowns.
