Broken ranks, Ranked game wins not counting & PVP net disconnects

I've been playing solo queue for a short while now. I ranked into the silver bracket and was doing fairly well, not paying much attention to the Leage points. I do remember though that after about 10 losses I suddenly found myself in bronze 5, that alone made NO sense to me, and discovered a few people who also had this happen. Not only is it too hard to rank up, players on your team will look you up and see you are in a promo series and will intentionally toss your game (happened handful of times).

I was so ticked off by this I started paying extra attention to the League points and started noticing that after the odd win there would be no increase in points at all like it wasn't counted. This is beyond reasonable since the Bronze 5 bracket is toxic enough and it often seems you are losing more than winning. I have noticed this MANY times!!!

Furthermore, recently there were constant disconnects in PVP net champion select, forcing to abandon select and getting HUGE rank point penalties!!!! UNACCEPTABLE------------- > Finally I discovered disabling the IPv6 service in Windows completely fixed this, but the solution should not be so stunting.

Overall I am very upset by these massive problems and how it has tainted my ranked progress.
