Lmao can Ryze stop three shotting me with a tear of the goddess at level 3?

Everyone knows Ryze is supposed to be a 'late game carry' but he just goes top and spams Eq for 3 minutes. Then comes back to lane with a tear and you get three shot from range while he loses almost no mana

Best part is if your melee you auto lose the matchup

Change him to either early game so I play safe or late game so I play aggro. But this version of 'bully you out of lane then one shot your adc' is insane to me
