And wipe out both the enemy toplaner and jungler at min 1, while taking their blue with Olaf. But Im too powerless to even remotely impact the game?

I took an entire tower toplane, then 3 plates mid, I was 20 cs up on Renekton while killing him three times, we invaded ammumu jungle and stole the entire thing before doubling him top with Renekton.

But once we hit midgame I could literally do nothing. Please make this lane remotely have impact, the only reason we lose was because their jungler was better and stole two drakes, then secured drake soul. What was the point in my even stomping that hard if a drake soul and botlane is all you need to win the game?

Maybe this is why Soraka top is so broken? Becuase you dont even the fucking lane to win this fucking game

That's not a top thing that's an olaf thing. He falls off a cliff after early game

So you won your lane, but the enemy bot and jungler won over yours, ...

You didn't really say how mid ended up, but it turns out the enemy Syndra won against your Lissandra too.

So basically, yours is the only lane that won, .. so not really surprising.

Further, Darius isn't really a great teamfighter. Renekton isn't the best, but I would prefer him over a Darius, .. personally.

Since the only player on their team that didn't win is more helpful to teamfights than the strongest player on your team, .. it isn't really that much of a surprise how this game turned out.

Matchmaking, even in normals, cues you up for an auto loss roughly half the time. It doesn't have anything to do with top lane. Since I'm a competent player I often end up on teams of people so unskilled that if i were on the enemy team I could easily win the game 1v4. Matchmaking is a lottery system where 95% of the time the match outcome is predetermined before champ selection occurs, seems to me.
