Remake WAY too short

Hey Guys, So I have run into this like 4 or 5 times now. The remake system is great for when you have someone who isn't going to come back and I'm glad that it was implemented. But My computer demanded restart and i have a solid state drive and it took a total of 3 and 1/2 minutes to restart and i was loading into game when they decided to remake. I had someone with me in Que who said i was loading in, we had gotten first blood and they still decided to remake. The timer needs to be longer than 3 minutes or what ever it is. Also, there needs to be something implemented for when you're mid game and someone is disconnected for long amounts of time instead of waiting until end or surrender, because I'm being punished for people who either rage quit or cant stay connected. Like a mercy vote or something. Because I've now lost series because of a disconnect.

Get a better computer. Don't make your team suffer for your Windows 98

its a disadvantage in most cases if my teammate connects later than 3 min.

So, being afk for 4 minutes is ok? That's like the most bronze logic I can see. In higher elo, staying afk even for 1 minute can easily lose you the game.

Also, mercy votes? What? Sometimes, you don't deserve to lose a game because someone dc'ed, but if something like this was implemented, a lot of people who just intentionally dc and sacrifice their LP so that others won't lose out. Maybe a feeder will have the balls to dc himself to save others' LP,which isn't right.
