Trubunal needs to do something better than what it is.

So, I want to get this off my chest. I have come across the most TOXIC players every single game that i have been in for about the past month of so. I feel like NOTHING is being done to really punish those people who are being so foul. I wont say that i am the perfect player, or even the best at keeping my temper, but as an experiment the past few games i have played i have made sure i was courteous, by letting people lane where they want, not cursing, being supportive when people die and also when they do well i praise them. Why is this the worst gaming community ever? I feel as if people were actually seeing time bans, and chat bans, people would actually be more aware of the things they are saying and just the pure rudeness would stop. Something needs to be done, I don't have a solution to the problem but i feel like the wonderful people at riot can figure out something.
