Fizz nurfed in 5.22 ?
I dont know if it's bcz of the items changes, but after 5.22 my win rate with fizz decreased a lot! Why i can't anymore kill an adc with just w q e when i'm 9/2!!! Any one noticed that fizz was nerfed?

And yeah, all burst champs got nerfed this patch
The problem isn't fizz, the AP items price increased while raw power have decreased. Furthermore, ADC's just crit and heal on you (or previously on minions) more than you could burst them. You have to realize the masteries for an ADC let them Amplify their Lifesteal... get Crit Lifesteal... and have Lifesteal Lifesteal... while their support probably shields them... oh yeah, and Heal.
Burst vs 6 heals.... The 6 heals wins.
I am not sure he is nerfed. I find him strong atm. TLD is very good on him, it's applied from his q instantly and gives him a very strong trading on the lane. There is the bandit mastery what gives him a nice gold income and help to compensate for the incrased prices. He can get maximum 12% amplified damage from the mastery what is also nice. And the 45% cdr is just awesome and easily accesable. If you find him weaker you are probably doing something wrong or just played bad games in the recent past. I usually build 
. 2 of these items are got buffed. I taking down turrets with like 6 aa and dealing tons of damage after 3 items ( just calculate the ratio and base damage on his q with TLD). As for the damage reduction you can play around it with your e. and 
don't work if they can't hit you. My only problem is the buffed 
but it rare on squishy targets. He is the same or sightly buffed, but definitely not nerfed.

According to this site his winrate went up a bit. I don't know what you are building on him, but i recommend you to try something new like

Why play Fizz when you can play any AD champ and crit like a mfker...
